- Section A: MCQs – +4 correct, -1 wrong
- Section B: Numerical Type – +4 correct, no negative
- Physics: 20 MCQ + 10 Numerical (Attempt any 5) → Total 100 Marks
- Chemistry: 20 MCQ + 10 Numerical (Attempt any 5) → Total 100 Marks
- Mathematics: 20 MCQ + 10 Numerical (Attempt any 5) → Total 100 Marks
- Total: 90 Questions (Attempt 75) → 300 Marks

- 250+ Marks: 99.9+ percentile → NIT Trichy, Warangal, DTU, IIIT-H
- 230–249 Marks: 99.7+ percentile → NIT Surathkal, IIIT Allahabad
- 200–229 Marks: 99.4+ percentile → NIT Nagpur, Rourkela
- 170–199 Marks: 98.5+ percentile → NIT Jalandhar, Raipur, IIITs
- 140–169 Marks: 96+ percentile → Mid-tier NITs, IIITs
- 100–139 Marks: 90+ percentile → State Govt Colleges, New NITs
